JFK is a Technology Policy Consultant and an Ecosystem Organizer.

In 2013, JFK got an NLNG Scholarship as a student of the faculty of Pharmacy. He invested the funds in setting up kuuzar.com - an e-commerce platform for students on campus to trade their used assets especially for final year students who were leaving campus. He led a team of 13 other student entrepreneurs.

In 2015, after graduation, JFK focused on using his community organizing skills to bring together an ecosystem that was just coming of age through his new company, Founding Networks, organizing various ecosystem hangouts.

By 2016, JFK's Founding Networks began focusing on policy engagements for startups and started facilitating government-ecosystem engagements, starting with the Pioneer Status Incentive for Tech Companies.

By 2017, JFK continued to deepen his knowledge of the ecosystem and network with a focus on how best to contribute to a society driven by innovation and economic policy and organise programs that bring innovators, investors and government together.

Also in 2017, JFK began working directly with government innovation programs and contributing to intra government policy discussions on innovation through NITDA under the Ministry of Communications and USPFund under the Ministry of Science and Technology.

By 2018, JFK traveled to study Innovation Policy at the United Nations University and worked as a community manager at “If Coding”, a community of technology engineers at Maastricht, Netherlands organising various events during his period of study.

When he moved back to Nigeria in 2019, JFK began independently consulting for the Federal Ministry of Communications Technology and Digital Economy leading the policy formulation consulting team for the Nigerian Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Startups Policy - NDIESP

As part of the recommendations his team put forward in the NDIESP is solid legislation to organize the startups ecosystem which has now materialized in the Nigerian Startup Bill. JFK until the announcement of his candidacy led the MDAs and Startups Engagement for the Nigerian Startup Bill.

JFK’s Republicraft Consulting which is focused on Public Policy Consulting with a core competency on innovation policy currently works with clients ranging from governments to private sector players all over the world.

JFK has continued to speak on the need for an economic strategy hinged on technology and innovation, expanding value chains and participation in the digital economy. He has spoken on the #TwitterBan, #CryptoBan, CBN’s Freeze of Wealth Tech Companies’ Account, Nigerian Startup Bill and Innovation Policy.

JFK started as a community organizer in 2012. In his hometown of Ilesha where he now seeks to represent at the National Assembly, JFK began organizing around issues affecting career aspirations of youths and youth development.

After the first town hall and through 2013 and 2014, JFK continued organizing to bring young people together through an organization he co-founded - imdrealities, while running kuuzar.com on campus. JFK also served as The President for the Students For Liberty on campus and in the students representative council representing both Faculties of Pharmacy and faculty of Arts after he crossed.,

By the year 2015, While he ran Founding Networks, JFK took his community organising skills into civil society volunteering for Enough is Enough Nigeria, leading volunteers and participating in various protests calling for change.

After a time at civil society in 2016, JFK joined what was one of Nigeria’s impressive political parties, KOWA PARTY and began organizing young people to join the party. He later became National Youth Leader of the party, mobilizing more than 14,000 young people to join the party and shone the spotlight on the party as the most inclusive for youth.

As National Youth Leader of KOWA Party, JFK also contributed strongly to the #NotTooYoungToRun Advocacy, addressing various press conferences and leading members in marches with the YIAGA team.

In the year 2018, JFK ran for a councillorship Election in Osun State, running one of the most popular campaigns in the state at the time on the agenda to bring technology ecosystem opportunities to his LGA

In 2018, JFK published his first book, The Pragmatics of Real Change - A collection of his thoughts on how to realise a new and better Nigeria which was well attended by friends and young leaders in the country.

Also in 2018, JFK founded Raising New Voices and secured immediately a partnership with IRI, YIAGA Africa, Civic Hive and Ventures Park to support young people under 35 running for House of Representatives towards an inclusive agenda for young people especially technology and innovation.
JFK didn’t stop his community activities when his election bid failed, his campaign office turned into a constituency office where various programs empowering women, youth were held in the community.

JFK published is second book, Lead The People in the year 2020 with a focus on youth leadership where he shared excerpts on community organising. The book in summary highlights how young citizens of any country can lead the change they want to see in their community.

JFK has continued to contribute to societal and political issues speaking consistently in the defense of people’s rights and youth’s rights and contributing his own quota especially during the historic EndSARS Movement.

JFK is a recognised public speaker in and out of Nigeria and a supporter of many other young Nigerians who believe and are working towards the future we all desire.

JFK has been a consistent voice for young people in the technology ecosystem and in the civic space outside of political circles for more than 10 years.
